You will find some necessary forms under above Forms tab. Please fill them out to the best of your ability, answering questions that you are comfortable with answering. Return them to me at least 24 hours before consultation so I can familiarize myself with you in order to prepare the appropriate questions geared towards you. You should have a list of questions and concerns prepared to ensure you get the most out of your initial consultation.
At the end of the initial consultation, I will make a recommendation for what I think is the best contact schedule for you based on your goals, your concerns, and your availability. After initial consultation, we will begin with a weekly 45 minute appointment (4 weeks minimum for $100 each week to start). Your weekly session cost will also include access to online trainer program which connects us together for fitness and nutrition check ins (best with addition of smart watch or fitness tracker) as well as my availability for your questions, concerns, and motivation to ensure continued success. I can program your workouts and nutritional plans through the trainer program as well as see your success. Contact may also increase or decrease throughout your time in the program based on what is best for you.
A few of the ways that I can coach and support you:
· Developing activity/exercise routines (in other words, finding what you like to do)
· Recommend strategies for nutrition to support weight management, improve sleep, and increase energy
· Manage hot flushes (aka hot flashes) and other menopausal symptoms
· Strategies for handling stress and anxiety
